Job Title

As a Store Manager for us, you will be responsible for store profitability, store maintenance, and sales support functions. You will also be responsible for the training and development of a team of commissioned sales associates. A successful Retail Store Manager will ensure store profitability and enhance the customer shopping experience.

What You’ll Do

The Store Manager’s primary purpose is to maximize the stores growth and profitability. This role is responsible for prioritizing our customers’ experience. The Store Manager adheres to all policies to ensure that all sales, financing, inventory and merchandising guidelines are met. The Store Manager is responsible for creating an inspirational, fun, and productive culture for store employees.

The Store Manager is accountable for meeting and exceeding store customer satisfaction, sales targets which include sales per guest (SPG), Gross Margin, and other key performance metrics. Lead the store in meeting and exceeding these goals through the optimization of guest conversion and sales tickets using the techniques provided by the company.

Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor, role-modeling the selling process, personally interacting with guests and being in a position to positively impact the sales process and ensure the Company’s brand is properly represented. Resolve guest issues in a professional, helpful manner that strikes the proper balance between guest satisfaction and financial responsibility to the company.

What You’ll Need

Requirements:

– 3+ years of Retail Store Management Experience

– Ability to take initiative and be self-directed

– Ability to process information quickly and efficiently

– Strong communication and effective leadership skills

– Very organized and detail orientated

Our Visual Merchandiser owns the staging of our stores! Visual Merchandisers receive and maintain merchandise and ensure the merchandising standards are met.

What You’ll Do

Maintain the overall appearance and shopability of the store by ensuring the store is continuously recovered, remerchandised, and tagged
Facilitate new product shipments and deliveries to the store
Work with team members to prepare the store for receipts and, at times, assembly of merchandise
Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for merchandising teams to effectively perform their daily tasks
Maintain the shopability of the sales floor to prompt sales
Monitor inventory count and conduct cycle reports to maintain desired stock levels and discover/resolve any discrepancies
