Four (4) winners will be selected (each, the “Winner”, and, collectively, the “Winners”) in this Sweepstakes in a series of random drawings (each, the “Drawing”, and, collectively, the “Drawings”) from all Publications across the United States participating in this Sweepstakes. 2. The potential Winners will be selected from all eligible Entries received by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 17, 2021 (the “Entry Deadline”) from all Publications across the United States participating in this Sweepstakes. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid Entry in this Sweepstakes will be the Sweepstakes Administrator’s clock.3. The Drawings will be held on or about December 20, 2021.4. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION The potential prize Winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (the “Affidavit”), as well as any other documentation required by Sponsor in its sole discretion (except where prohibited by law), within three (3) business days following the date of first attempted notification regarding the documentation in order to be eligible to accept the prize. Failure to sign and return to Sponsor such
forms within the requisite timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from all remaining eligible Entries. The potential Winner is subject to verification and the potential Winner’s full compliance with these Rules before any prize will be awarded.PRIZES total of four (4) prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes as follows: 1. TAXES All local, state and federal taxes incurred by accepting a prize will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Any person winning over $600 in prizes during any one (1) year period will receive an IRS Form 1099 at the end of the calendar year, and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS. PUBLICITY As a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, each Entrant by entering and each prize winner, by accepting a prize, grants to Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license and right to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the Entrant’s name, photo, city, state and biographical material, and the information submitted by the Entrant in Entry (collectively, “Licensed Rights”), in any media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional review, compensation, permission or approval.
