Linesman Furniture Assembler
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to prepare a minimum of 8 pieces per hour (monthly PPH average) after 90 days of training and mentorship.
- Must be able to assemble a minimum of 4 pieces per hour (monthly PPH average) at the assembly area.
- Work as a team to unload all trucks daily within 2 hours minimum and maintain a 20 pieces per hour (monthly PPH average) individually.
- All assembly and movement of products will be to the standard at all times; nothing but 100% product will be delivered to a client.
- Ensure all products delivered to the DC are properly received, labeled and stored in the appropriate area until needed.
- Daily inspections of the DC to ensure all products and equipment are properly stored and secured in their proper places prior to departing the DC within the Assembly area.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License (except grandfathered employees).
- Obtain Lift Certification within the first 90 days of employment.
- Clean Driving record to ensure insurability through company insurances
- Ability to test negatively on a Urinalysis (through any company designated by the company) at any given time
- Must be able to read and use general mathematics as needed.
- Must not have had a Felony in the past 10 years and maintain this status once employed
- Must be able to dolly up to 300lbs repetitively using 2-wheel dollies or 2-man lifts
- Must be able to work in less than desirable conditions daily.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Candidates must maintain all prerequisite items needed to be a Picker with Red Mountain Retail.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Lift Certification within the first 90 days of employment.
- Clean Driving record to ensure insurability through company insurances
- Ability to test negatively on a Urinalysis (through company choice company) at any given time (random urinalysis will be given without warning or notification; positive urinalysis will be subject to immediate termination).
- Responsible for clocking in and out daily to include lunches on Paychex (payroll system) or inform management immediately when done incorrectly.
- Must be able to read and use general mathematics as needed.
- Must not have had a Felony in the past 10 years and maintain status once employed
- Must be able to work mandatory overtime with minimal notice (compensation will be given when necessary).
- Must be able to dolly up to 300lbs repetitively using 2-wheel dollies.
- Must be able to assist in manually carrying up to 300lbs repetitively using 2 man lifts without the assistance of a dolly up to 3 flights of stairways.
- Must be able to pick a minimum of 30 pieces per hour (monthly PPH average) after being certified on all pickers and lifts within 90 days of employment.
- Must be able to put up a minimum of 30 pieces per hour (monthly PPH average) after being certified on all pickers and lifts within 90 days of employment.

For our Evening Shift (PM) Warehouse Manager, we are looking for a leader to increase productivity at our warehouse and lead a team of warehouse employees to ensure that operational procedures are followed. Our Evening Shift Warehouse Supervisor establishes and trains proper procedures for all furniture movement, storage, assembly and inspections.
Responsibilities
- Maintains a safe working environment for all employees at the Bessemer Warehouse / Distribution Center
- Notifies Warehouse Manager of any safety violations within the Distribution Center
- Ensures employees are following all safety policies and posts daily the workload and assignments
- Maintains 100% accountability and serviceability of all personnel and equipment assigned to the DC.
- Maintains an Attendance Roster of employees that fall under the DC and monitors all employees’ time weekly to ensure all overtime is minimized.
- Ensures that the DC is properly secured at the opening and close of business daily.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of distribution center and/or warehouse experience
- Ability to meet shift requirements
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing people
